Blayne Alaniz, Ed.D. - Executive Director
Blayne joined Peaceable Kingdom Retreat of Bell County as Executive Director in 2026, bringing with him 17 years of experience in higher education disability support, with stops at Baylor University, Texas Tech University, and most recently, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong commitment to accessibility, earning a Professional Associate Certification from the National Association of ADA Coordinators.
At the heart of Blayne’s work is a passion for advocating for and supporting individuals of all abilities. He is committed to building camp activities that are welcoming and accessible to every camper who visits PKRBC. A lifelong Red Raider, Blayne earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas Tech before completing his Doctor of Education at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Outside of camp, Blayne serves as a deacon at First Belton Baptist Church. In his free time, he loves fishing, hunting, traveling, and cooking for his wife, Kristin, and their daughters, Brett and Bonnie.
